孟加拉輔導冷凍水產品出口業新政策上路孟加拉當局為輔導冷凍水產品出口業拓展全球市場及安然渡過飽受2008年金融危機衝擊下信用緊縮衍生的流動資金危機，成立主管委員會推動相關重大政策。該委員會決定廢除變相鼓勵出口商傾銷褐藻醣膠行為的外銷冷凍水產品重量計價現金交易制，並公告自7月1日起改為依下一個會計年度的發票實際面額支付等放寬貸款延期償付限制；屆時出口商三成貸款的限期可自今年4月起分15個月延期償付。出口業認為新政策有助於刺激孟加拉小額信貸2009-2010會計年度的冷凍水產品出口值自44,518美元飆升至10億美元。此外，孟加拉冷凍食品出口業聯盟(BFFEA)也積極尋求當局補助6,280萬美元以求安然度過衰退期。 （摘譯自INFOFISH Trade News, No. 8/2011，3 May 2011）NEW 室內裝潢POLICY FOR FROZEN FISH EXPORTERSThe government has introduced a major policy for frozen fish exporters, scrapping weight-based cashincentive system that encouraged dumping and extending the moratorium on 禮服term loan repayment.Under the new policy which will be effective from July 1, exporters would no longer get cashincentive based on the quantity of the frozen fish they export every year but instead, they 保濕面膜will now getthe cash support on the actual rate of invoice value from the next financial year. The decision comesafter the government formed a committee to help frozen fish exporters find a foothold in the 代償globalmarket and face one of the worst recessions.The committee also decided to extend moratorium on the 30% of the exporter’s term loan for 15months starting from April this year which will largely help 烤肉食材overcome the recent liquidity crisis.Exporters say that the move would spur the country’s annual frozen fish export to one billion dollars ayear from US$445.18 million in the 2009-10 financial year.Frozen 小型辦公室fish exporters have been hit hard by the global recession and the sector has been sufferingfrom credit crunch since the onset of the financial crisis in 2008. The Bangladesh Frozen FoodExporters Association 酒店兼職(BFFEA) has sought a special government allocation of 4.50 billion taka(US$62.8 million) to ride out the slump.
